Rules & Conditions

  1. This competition is open to pedigree beef Male calves: Born on or after the 1st September 2024.
  2. This championship is open to all pedigree beef breeds.
  3. Entries in the class may compete in other classes at Mountbellew Agricultural Show.
  4. All entries must have proof of pedigree registration within their breed societies.
  5. All animals must have to be born in a herd in the Connaught Region/province.
  6. All animals must enter the Show Ring free of Rosettes/Sash’s.
  7. Judging will be conducted by the Score Card System – by all pedigree beef judges that are judging on that day.
  8. These rules should be read in conjunction with the general ISA rules and the Mountbellew Agricultural Show Society rules.
